Courtroom Advocacy and Legal Reasoning for Middle School Students
Mock Trial is BCMSDL’s courtroom advocacy initiative designed to introduce students to legal reasoning, trial structure, case analysis, and courtroom strategy through interactive case simulations and team-based activities.
Through mock cases, witness examinations, opening and closing statements, and evidence analysis, students learn how to evaluate information, organize arguments, and think critically within a courtroom setting.
The program combines teamwork, structured reasoning, and legal analysis in an engaging and supportive environment designed specifically for middle school students.
Mock Trial focuses on helping students strengthen reasoning, preparation, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills through hands-on legal simulations.
